Providing an attractive combination of performance and robustness in general high temperature applications, High Temperature X7R dielectric capacitors are well-suited for high temperature bypass and decoupling applications or frequency discriminating circuits where Q and stability of capacitance characteristics are not critical.
They exhibit a predictable change in capacitance with respect to time, voltage and temperature up to 175˚C.
